I’m keeping my word and updating you on my Online Dating Adventures! I actually just signed up tonight and had to answer almost a billion questions about myself-which was kind of cool but kind of odd too.

Here’s the evening re-cap, quickstyle because…well, read on.

I am not on for more than literally 30 seconds, I swear, ask Gabby…when I get a message from a classy gentleman stating, “I would do anything to do you.” Umm, thanks? And BLOCK.

Then, seconds later another winner winner chicken dinner…
“You’re gorgeous”-Dbag
“Thank you”- Moi
“I love your lips. And your eyes. And your hair.”-Dbag
“Thank you”-Moi
“What are we going to do about this?” -Dbag
I didn’t respond. We were going to be doing nothing about that.

And then..my personal favorite of the evening…
“psssst .. you are cute. like a banana.”

A banana?!…I could go on, and TRUST ME, I am not writing this post to toot my own horn, because I am sure this happens to just about every girl on these sites.

The up side to all of this is that at least I’m home, watching So You Think You Can Dance in my comfy clothes and am not wasting any makeup or cute outfits on loooosers.

I decided to take the online dating bulls by the horn and sent out my first “wink” to a guy who’s profile was free from any horrendous grammatical errors, he even threw in some sarcasm, is geographically desirable (meaning close enough but not all up in my face, if you know what I mean), and…judging from the pictures, H-O-T. He is also in a band (this has been the death of me ever since I started dating). WEAKNESS for the tattooed rockstar type, YEP.

He responded and ASKED me if it was ok if he IM’ed me. Manners. I like. Talking to him now…

I asked him how the site is working out for him and he responded…“It’s been lame. It’s much better now.” Anyone laughing? Just me? Awwww…will keep you updated.

In the meantime…I just want to tell you all, because YOU are the ones who make my heart go pitter patter on a daily basis…that… you are all cute. Like a banana.

Calling all my lovelies!

It’s time for you to tell me if I should attempt online dating or not.

But this lil lady is ready to get out there, in one way or another…because I DO believe in true love.

Who knows, maybe it will end up like this! Or we’ll be on a match or eharmony commercial! Kidding…So? Yes or No Dollfaces?
