My love affair with Mandizzle is a pretty dirty one. I want everything in Mandi’s Etsy shop, and I know that if we didn’t live so far away, we’d totes be skipping through fields holding hands with fabulous headbands in our unbeweavable hair. Truth.

Seriously though-Mandizzle and the beautiful Mandi have been such a huge support to me, both on the blog and off, and while I appreciate her crafty ways, because lord knows I don’t have any, I appreciate her friendship even more.

Ok…and that? Is PMS. I mean, Mandi dude, I love you but I’m near tears. OMG. Anyways!

I was out til 5 am last night, and I’m too old for this…plus does anyone else feel like they need a vacation from their holiday weekend? Please and Thank you.

It was mostly good times all around, with some emotions up and down. (Andddd I’m a poet now? Cool.)

I bought this badass studded Free People headband that I love. On that note-I’m staying brunette at least through the holidays. There are lot’s of photo’s happening this time of year, and I just don’t want to risk it. Vain, party of one. I know. Sue me. Also bought 2 more bottles of Essie Mint Candy Apple. Best believe if you’re my winner, one is coming your way. It totally kicks the Chanel version out of the water.

Speaking of…I’m going to announce the winner tomorrow. Ya’ll should know by now I am never on time with these things. But it’s one more day to enter, so yay!!

I’m going to be doing a new series around here! Starting Wed, I’ll be getting my ass handed to me a few times a week by my friend Steven the Personal Trainer, and he has agreed to do a weekly column/series on It’s Unbeweavable! He’s accredited, certified, hot and hilarious. We’re going to do video blogs, and he’ll answer all your fitness and health questions. Thank God, because I was so hungover on Friday morning perusing the crazy deals on Amazon, I was thisclose to losing all my dignity and buying…Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders:Power Squad Bod! Cardio Blasting Dance. HA! I blame the intense hangover. And also? MODG! But I forgive her, it was her birthday on Thanksgiving. I’m totally getting it for her for Christmas.

And lastly…besos loves. Brace yourselves. I DID NOT see New Moon! I KNOW, the HORROR OF IT ALL. Somehow, someway, I’m surviving. But I look like a vampire in this picture according to Mayra, so there ya go.

Hello Friday,

I was hoping the new collection would weaken my obsession with you. Nope. I personally, love where Christophe Decarnin has gone and I know some might not share my views, but hi, my blog.

You’ll be getting a break from contacts from time to time now! In discussing our plan to take over the world, Mandi of Mandizzle showed me THESE frames…and I die. Finding glasses I love has been such a challenge! Must. HAVE. We’re gonna be twins, lady.

CONGRATULATIONS MY LOVE!! One year ago Mandi opened Mandizzle, and she is blowing UP! Dreams do come true! She is a complete inspiration, fabulous friend and I freaking love her. #1 and #2- Pureology Pure Volume Shampoo and Conditioner. Since I have extensions, I have to use Pureology, which I love but the price blows. Herbal Essences makes a great one I used before I got my weave did, yo. What I do love about Pureology is that while some other volumizing products rough up the cuticle to add volume and that can result in frizz-Pureology is still uber moisturizing and pumps up the cuticle with all natural, vegan ingredients.

#4 Frederic Fekkai All Day Hair Plump Ok…I love this. I originally got a sample from Sephora and was hooked. The price tag kind of sucks-but mix it with the Surf Spray on wet hair and VA-VA-VOOM! Again, it’s super conditioning so your big hair will be soft! I use this OR the fantabulous Moroccanoil that I’ve blogged about here.#5 Ok…products in. Now it’s time to blowdry. I use a big round brush and work in the OPPOSITE direction my hair lies, kind of stretching my hair against my head as I go. In addition to the opposite direction thing, I turn my head upside down and go to town until it’s still damp, and then smooth with a paddle brush. GOAL-to look like you got electrocuted at this point.

#6 and #7 I will curl my hair with my flat iron as seen here when I want smooth on top but pretty princess curls at the bottom, however when I want BIG HAIR, I use velcro rollers and bobby pins. (I use pins because I have so much hair that the rollers tend to fall.) OR I make my own curls and pin minus the rollers. I spray each section of hair HEAVILY before I pin it. I’m used to sleeping on them which really works the best. If you can’t, finish blow drying on low and spray like crazy.
