This weekend I am DYING to get YSL’s new mascara-Mascara Singulier. I’ve mentioned my bff/main gay Istvan before…

This lil text convo went down this week…let me preface by saying Istvan is a SERIOUSLY BADASS NYC makeup artist with an attitude so when he tells me something is amazing…it’s amazing.
Istvan-Ok, so, the new YSL mascara has just filled a void in my life… I will never be the same.

In other beauty news, Perricone M.D’s Cold Plasma?! Due to new bloggy rules, I have to disclose that they sent it to me for free. OK?! EVERYONE GOT THAT? HOWEVER! I never sell out up in here so rest assured I would never blog about it if I didn’t love it. I put too much on the first night and freaked to Brooke, but now that I’ve been using it correctly and not like a toddler for a week my skin is crazy smooth and glowing. I’m going to give it another week to do a full review, but since there are mad Cold Plasma giveaways going on…you should enter them ALL. Whore yourself out for this one, it’s worth it! Thank you for all the comments on my last post…I hope I didn’t come off sounding like I’m a perfect friend, or bitter because I never want to discount the amazing friends I do have…life happens and hopefully we are lucky enough to have great girls by our side. So tonight (Friday) I’ve made it a point to make a date with another one of my nearest and dearest! A girly date of the best kind with margaritas, Mexican food and girl talk! It took writing that post for me to realize that sometimes I need to step my game up too. 2 way streets and all.
Saturday I have date with someone of the, ehem, penis variety. I don’t know what we’re doing yet but we always have fun, and I feel like getting dressed up and taking pictures!

Read your last posts as well and I can relate to the whole friends thing. I think we focus so much on relationship with guys, it's easy to forget that relationship with girls require even more attention and are more fragile. I actually think I've had more break-up with girls than guys, but as long as you have at least 1-2 you can trust with your life, you're good.

I kinda love my Maybelline Pulse Perfection mascara – because I am not one to spend a small fortune on makeup….but do let us know what you think of the new YSL and if it will, in fact, "repave my road" I may have to reconsider.

I had one experience with a mask before when my younger sister slathered stuff all over my face which was beyond painful to remove fifteen minutes later. Despite that mishap, I am dying to try the Perricone M.D. Cold Plasma, and have already been entering every single giveaway to win some!
Gay besties are the most fabulous. I only wish mine would recommend amazing new mascaras to try – he simply has an obsession with my hair – straightening it, curling it – perhaps I should get him a wig for Christmas so that I don't have to be his guinea pig!
