Last week I wrote a post about my single girl journey, about learning to love myself first and appreciating the love around me, even if it wasn’t coming from a boyfriend.

I have stumbled upon someone so special and something I feel could last a very long time. I’ve yet to decide how much I am going to reveal here. I started this blog while I was in a relationship, and most of my posts were very “couple-ey”, if you will. That relationship ended, badly, and I was left…on my own…to blog for myself haha. And I love it. I also love you, and have grown and shared so much with you guys over the past 6 months, so I want you to know that my heart is happy…I’m smitten. So who the heck is this guy? A little bit about Matt…well, there you go, his name is Matt. He will definitely be making more appearances in the future…But here’s some info Cliff’s notes style…
-Actor/Writer/Musician in L.A (Told you! It’s ALWAYS the musicians.) 
-NOT born/raised in L.A (This is HUGE for me. My L.A girls will understand…L.A is breeding ground for dbags, unfortch.)
-Fixed my itunes and did some other computer-ey stuff for me cuz I suck at anything remotely techie and was having a mild panic attack that my music wasn’t working. NEED MUSIC.
-He DOES know about the blog but he has promised not to read too far back. I am not naive enough to believe this! So say hi to Matt! ha
-He read my “It’s a Love Story…of Sorts” post and when I kind of freaked the eff out got embarrassed, he said, “I just want you to know that this is something my dream girl would have written.” (Swoon.)
-When I told him that my friendships are never going to take a backseat, he asked why they ever would.
-He’s hot.
-He said “Babe, we need to go boots shopping.” (DONE and DONE)
Speaking of boots and being smitten…I have once again teamed up with my luvah luvah Kristin today on a follow-up to our Little Black Dress post, this time our victim is Fall footwear and I’m doing the affordable versions. Funny right? I thought so too! Check it out and see how I did! I’m pretty proud of myself…and of course Kristin brought the Loubies to drool over too! YAY! That's how it happened for me too…I had become perfectly content with me, myself, and I, and had sworn off all serious relationships until my degree was finished…that's when it happened. Seriously, like the very next day I met my husband and things escalated at a super fast but super great speed!
