Tomorrow (Thursday) I will FINALLY be flying from LA to Atlanta to meet my Brooke ala oofa luffe le.
I remember the first time I read her blog months ago and thinking I just might have met my unbeweavable hair match. 
With each post since, she’s made me laugh, made me cry, made me think or made me say “ME TOO!”
With each post since, she’s made me laugh, made me cry, made me think or made me say “ME TOO!” It’s hard to write a timeline on a friendship. It’s hard to zone in on those moments where you know you were just meant to be friends…especially when they happen nearly every day. Comments back and forth turned into daily, constant communication via so many avenues that I can’t even tell you or else you may have us committed. But whatev, we’d rock those straight jackets somethin fierce…with rillyrilly unbeweavable hair. Just sayin.

I’ve tried to write this like 6 times now and end up in tears. Happy tears! A blog post can’t explain our friendship. What I can say is…thank you. Thank you for being a constant in a life where things just…aren’t. Thank you for answering every teary phone call over that weekend (and since) where I swear to the lord I was being punked…thank you for crying with me. I will never forget standing in the middle of that crowd and feeling so alone…and immediately calling you and sobbing like a crazy…thank you for giving me the strength to leave. Thank you for reminding me of my worth, laughing with me hysterically, and thank you for being a shining example of the kind of mother I want to be one day…fabulous hair included. You are the epitome of what a true friend is, and while I look forward to this weekend, I look forward to so much more. You know and I know…this is just the beginning. I love you, and I can’t wait to hug you and my fashion plates (her ladies are diva’s ya’ll, I love it) and RUN THAT TOWN. A little. Or a lot. Yeyeyeyey! 
So since I don’t spare any details with ya’ll-I am flying from LA to Phoenix to meet Brooke’s little sister, and together we are flying to Atlanta. Brooke’s sister put this together for us. Freakin amazing…

Oh…and guess what ELSE! On Saturday, Kristin of Bonbon Rose is coming up from FL to shop and party with us!
