Hi dolls! (As I’m writing this, it’s the end of the Lakers game and it’s nerve wracking!)
I hope you all had a fab weekend?!
I am super bummed! Last night, I got all dressed up for girls night out and decided to do an outfit post! I was all excited…I knew it wouldn’t be on the level of some of my favorite blogger look books, but a girls gotta start somewhere.
I convinced my friend Jessica to take pictures of me. She doesn’t blog, she thought I was mildly insane, but she’s a good friend so she obliged/just wanted to shut me up. And then…camera turned on. And camera turned OFF. And wouldn’t turn back on. It’s dead. Moment of silence.
So I did a quick Polyvore set of what I wore. But it’s just not the same, and I promise next time will be better. However, Polyvore has Alexander Wang leggings…and also margaritas and douchebags, all of which were in full effect last night. So. Amused.

So I need a new camera! Recommendations would be much appreciated…I’d like to keep it under $300-I’m a newbie to this photography stuff!

My camera is going to die soon too. I forgot my charger at home when I visited my fam a couple of weeks ago! Bummer and I'm going to my friend's wedding next weekend. Anyway, phones still do the trick. Glad you had fun and cute outfit to boot!

Just DON'T get a SONY Digital camera–My sister had one an let me borrow it when I went on a trip once and the pics came out blurry no matter how I held the stupid thing or what setting I put it on. I even called the "help" line…they were NO help.
SO- I freakin love ur fashion bangs and bright top!! I tried to do the straight down bangs and…a few people…I won't say names…said they looked bad…hmm. BUT- Urs look great! I always like bangs on dark brown or black hair the most…maybe that has something to do with it…I dunno.
Also–I ALMOST bought those same pumps at Neimans the other day!!! craziness!!
The new header is hawt!! And your bangs are so fab lady. Aww that's too bad about the camera, I would cry if mine died haha. I use a Canon Powershot which is just a point & click, but it does take surprisingly clear pictures!

I'm the queen of broken cameras, I've gone through 3 in I believe 2 years, and I don't even use them! It's sad. Let me know what you end up with, my Kodak (which has maybee taken 30 pictures in its whole camera life) died, and I'm looking for a new one too!

as for cameras i would NOT suggest a Sony (ive had 2 and they all broke with no real reason only after about a year). i love Cannons, im saving up for a Rebel but that's about $500 hehe, but digital Cannons are fairly good in price and well worth it. also Nikons are really good, too. hope that helps

Hmm well I love my canon SD 1000! hehe I ask my friends to take multiple pics of me too and I'm pretty sure they think I'm insane as well… Yeah I recently got a haircut and I couldn't chop more than 2 inches off in the back… I love my long hair!

Oooo love your outfit- and great recreation in Polyvore!!! Cath and I use a Nikon Cool pix for most of our photographs. We were really stoked about it for the first month- and then the flash stopped working. It's probably a fluke- but either way, I was super happy with my old point-and-shoot Canon for a long while
