This is moi Sunday via the crackberry, and I clearly need to fake a tan by Saturday ASAP! I look like Casper. (Bangs are pinned back due to it being Death Valley Hot)
I’ve decided to go with the little white crochet dress, thanks in part to all your suggestions. You never fail me! I don’t have the luxury of laying out everyday til then and I’m trying to cut back anyway because it’s so unhealthy, and tanning beds freak me out. I’m claustrophobic and the scene from I Still Know What You Did Last Summer traumatized me. Where the killer locks Jennifer Love Hewitt and her boobs in the tanning bed?! So creepy…anyways…luckily I know how to fake it!

Nars Orgasm Blush and Lipgloss. Perfect warm peachy rawwwr insta-glow!
Clarins Self Tanning Instant Gel. I’m going to do a product review on this for you! A little before and after action. I love it though…so I’m biased ha. It dries instantly-meaning you don’t wake up with it on your sheets, the color is perfection, doesn’t stink, and is way healthier than the sun.
Michael Kors Leg Shine. One of my favorite perfumes makes my legs look bronze, glowy and shimmery! And it’s TEN DOLLARS! Done and done.
When my amazing friend at Brunch at Saks twittered to me about the crazy sale at Saks, how cute is that, I found these Gucci’s…and I think they are the perfect match for my dress!
Gucci wedges available here. They are $400 OFF! The color is perfect to elongate the leg and they kind of have the boho-chic/yay freedom rings look that I am apparently going for.Anyone have any other tips/fav products? Happy Wednesday! XOXO, Liz

That scene in I Still Know What You Did Last Summer freaks me out too! Luckily, there are no handles on the tanning beds I use to trap me in there, and there's a lock on the door to every room, so no one can sneak up on me.
I use a bronzing bed only, so it gives me a very gradual tan, nothing stark or risky. But pale skin is beautiful too!
I think it's something in the water, because i've been skimping on the tanning too. What the H.E.Y. Anywhoo- i use vaseline as my moisturizer go to

As a fellow pale girly I love Guerlain Blondes bronzer. It is pretty pricey at around $40, but sooo worth it. Gives a hint of a tan without looking fake or cakey.

I used the Aveeno self tanner for my wedding and it was so natural looking and didn't leave any after smell. Although, I have to agree that you look gorgeous without one. Check your email when you get a chance. : )

I don't have much patience for self-tanners, especially since I am SO pale that it really doesn't look natural (though I do like that lotion by Jergens that has just a touch of tanner in it, because it is pretty fool proof) but that Michael Kors leg shimmer sounds pretty fantastic! and $10?! definitely need to get me some of that.
and finally, those wedges are amazing. I only wish I wasn't 5'8" or else I'd totally buy em!

If it makes you feel better I have never gone tanning. My mom has external skin cancer and I want to keep my skin preserved. So…it's okay to be casper; it will save your life doll.

I must give you amazing props for handling this the way you did. Where do people get off thinking they can say things like that about people they do not know personally.
