Weekend update, cuz bullet points are fun.
- Summer is officially here! And it is H-O-T. I am so excited the Cali June gloom and doom is over!
- The Drummer/Bachelor #1 is now the only guy I am interested in meeting- I ignored him, he recognized and started calling me cupcake. Men! (That’s the short version, but I mean, there’s not much more to them. ) Our first date is Saturday, which is the 4th-good and bad, right? It’s a group thing so that will be fun…or not fun. Let’s go with fun for now, and on Thursday we can re-visit. Deal? Deal. Of course I picked the rocker. OF COURSE.
- Because it’s so hot, all I want to wear are dresses! Or…rompers. I can’t even say that without feeling like a toddler. I KNOW how some of you feel about rompers haha. But I found a few that I really love in addition to some perfect summer dresses. Maybe for the 4th?? Some cute wedges and lots of jewelry? First date, casual (but not too casual) bbqing by the beach, meaning…I have a week to get really tan.

Well, who else would you pick. The rocker is always the choice, whether you know he's a rocker or not, it just pulls you in. I truely believe that rockers have some sort of magnet that draws us to them.

i hate rompers, but i know you will look fabulous in whatever you wear! i think the pink flowered number is my favorite.
come to think of it, a romper might be a good choice for a first date — no sex when wearing rompers as they look a little tricky to remove in a pinch!

Love the first one. Plus, I think it'll be more comfortable than the romper (even though I like that one, too). The first dress looks really comfy and cute for a day at the beach. Have a great time and let us all know how it went! =) I'll be working, but I can't complain about the holiday pay.

All the dresses are amazing but thinking for a 4th of july weekend/bbq…I think the last one is perfect. You could transform to anything you want..rocker, earthy, whatevs… It will also transform great from day to night, just change the shoes and jewelry. Endless possibilities!
My favorite's are the first and the last one. Especially for a bbq/fourth hang out. Sounds like a good time to me. I would have chosen the rocker as well.

Anywho- trip back to a couple of days ago-u mentioned not liking bowling shoes. I have a thing with it too(ugly things-disgusting)-BUT-Jason got there before me and actually was able to snag me a brand new, never worn pair, so I was lucky!
I DO want one of these CRAZY awesome bowling bags I saw on a chick there tho! It's was pink and was amazing! The ball she pulled from it was a pink sparkle ball-So jealous!!
Okay- and ALSO–If u move to NY, you're gonna have to get me some pics from Magnolia Bakery, The SATC bus tour, and a number of other fabulous places
The one time I went there, I didn't really get to see anything and was with a girl and her mom–they seriously just wanted to go back to the hotel and nap. I was like, "FOR SERIOUSLY?!"-I could have taken a pic for every step I took! 
…and I read a blog post by a New Yorker once who just saw Tim Gunn on the street one day–He's at the top of my "celebrity" list! I just want to eat scones with him, use big words, and laugh in an English accent! 
Okay- To this post. U would be a fan of the musicians cuz ur awesome, and us awesome gals just cant' get enough of the guys who play the tunes(Jason plays piano–he's insanely good at it)!!
The outfit– Well I do love a cute romper, but I'm also incorporating my love for Katy Perry and Pin Ups pics into that statement. BUT- I don't think you can really separate any of those three things–So, Katy Perry fun+pin up vintage= Romper perfection!
I love the Crochet Lace too tho–I like neutral colors in the summer. They say, "I'm eco chic. I go to yoga in Beverly Hills. I have organic yet expensive shampoo." – All good stuff.
BUT- I do like the 2nd dress too–If it's a date that won't be outside where ur watching fireworks and sweating!
Top pic tho– I'd probably say the crochet lace number cuz it's not kitchy, and being earthy gives you good Karma I think–The 4th already has good Karma tho. Freedom gives off positive vibes, so no worries about the day of the date! I just hope the group thing works out for you—sometimes groups can be weird if he has like a best friend with him or something and just keeps chatting with them cuz he's nervous and ur not interjecting cuz ur nervous…But if that happens, just pretend to faint or something and the attention will pull towards you

1 – loves it, dressy by not too dressy for day
2 – wicked dress but too meke
3 – nooo, don't do it. not for a first day date anyways
4 – freakn adorable but once again maybe a little too meke? maybe i'm thinking this way because my last day day was in surfers paradise, LA probly more sophisticated/chic
5 – AND WE HAVE A WINNER. This is fun and flirty but perfect for day, i'm in love xxx
