Hi Dolls!! How are you? How were your weekends?
Mine was good…the bf and I always seem to find something to do. HA. To say the least. We’re still in the meeting each others friends and family stage, so we knocked a lot of that kind of stuff out this weekend. Sunday, we kept it mellow…and it was my bright idea to rent The Strangers.
So I usually don’t get scared by movies, I think they’re silly…but that was effing creepy! Is it totally necessary for them to say how it’s “based on true events”?? As the bf reminded me, that could mean ANYTHING was true and is very, very vague but whatever, it makes it even more weird.
“Why are you doing this to us?”-Liv (love her, P.S.)
“Because you were home.” -Psycho blonde chick in the mask. Like, duh.
Well, Okayyyy….perfect. That’s comforting.
Does the time change completely mess you guys up too? It’s so annoying, I feel like I’m totally jet lagged, except I barely traveled out of the bed yesterday. And it was still dark when he left for work this morning and I was seriously freaked out. I THINK him knocking on the sliding glass door right before he left might have had something to do with it…he’s an angel like that.
Anyway, I can’t think about it anymore, so going to my happy place… Fashion.
Have you guys seen this Alice + Olivia piece? I really, really want it, I think there’s so much I could do with it. Cute, right?
I’m so excited to have a good week!
I hope you guys are having a great start to your week too…
xoxo,
Liz

Ugh I hate when scarey movies are based on true events – thats what makes it scarey!
Usually I don't get scared by them either, but 2 have always freaked me out, Wolf Creek & of course Texas chainsaw massacre – and it is only because during the film you think, omg! this actually happened!
On a brighter and happier note now, the skirt is so beautiful and would look utterly divine on you! You and your boy are the perfect couple, you look so cute and I love how happy he makes you!!
Have a lovely day darling girl
bisous xxx
Great pics!! I haven’t seen the stranger but I totally get how the “based on real events” thing gets to you–it always freaks me out and gives me goosebumps
Went to the in-laws this past weekend which was nice cause got a lot of rest and home cooked meals…I hate being sick. Boo.

That dress is adorable! Love it!
And now I want to see that movie, but I like scary movies. Something about the adrenaline!
Of course then I can never sleep b/c I’m freaked out. But oh well.
you’re adorable!
i do love that alice and olivia dress… so perfect for summer.
That dress is so cute!
I am in love with your hair…it is…wait for it….unbeweavable!! Honestly, you look amazing. You two are adorable together. Glad you had a great weekend. I spent a great deal of it driving all over town, but fun nonetheless.
That film was one of the better horror’s in a while. It was based on the Manson murders, so that makes it even more creepy.
Haha I totally slept with the light on after watching that movie. Just remember that the blond chick is Gemma Ward…it’s a lot less scary when you think of her on the runway!!!
I love that dress. The leather belt take it to another level.
Thanks for the sweet comment.

Ooh, I want that outfit. So cute.
I saw the strangers in the theater- not the typically movie I would see but my friend really wanted to see it. Didn’t like it too much. Maybe better as a rental. It was scarey though. I thought the end was lame and so disturbing. I thought they would get away…
omg i saw thta movie when it first cam eout on theater that was o creepy!!!!!!!! but yeah they do over dramatize with the real event thing.
dress= gorgeous!

Hey there. Glad you had such a good weekend. I watch a lot of horror movies, but I haven’t seen that one yet. I want to though. The time change did bother me some. I think too because I got together with some friends for a poker night. We were going to be up late anyway, but that took away one of our hours. I was so tired when I finally got to bed.
I am LOVING that alice + olivia dres..u just know its going to go on sale..and its a dress that sooooooooooooooooo easily translates to fall with that belt..I think I am going to need t keep my eyes on it..:)
Oh man, you guys look like having fun times!!!
Btw, I’ve always wanted to see the movie, but now I think I should skip it? I heard it’s pretty well made and I know what happens in the end to the couple – based on true story!!!
Gosh, should I see it or not?? Big decision..
that Alice and Olivia dress is so adorable. i’d wear it in a second!
i hate scary movies. i act like the biggest wimp when i see them. my firends boyfriend actually left the room once because we were all screaming in the opening credits.haha. i love the dress
